Some critics will write ‘Maya Angelou is a natural writer’ — which is, of course, right after being a natural heart surgeon. —
Do you want to make progress on or start writing stories about your life? Are you ready for helpful feedback and expert guidance? You’ve come to the right place.

Suzanne is a sensitive and acutely knowledgeable instructor and published writer. Hundreds of students have benefited from her tutelage, and I have been in one for many years. During this time she expertly guided me while I wrote a memoir about my childhood. Among the Silent Giants, which won top honorable mention the Los Angeles Book Festival and other awards, was published in 2012 thanks to Suzanne’s careful coaching.

I was struck by Suzanne’s thorough approach. She is incredibly bright and talented. She has an academic yet sensitive approach that leaves her students well-grounded in the genre. I highly recommend Suzanne to anyone who needs an editor or wants to learn more about memoir writing.
